Website and support tickets
This days ago, we launched a new domain for our project (https://www.autopolar.net) and a new website for solve some issues that we had with the previous website (virus infection). We tried to simplify everything for give a better user experience, for all users find the information needed and the best support. In spite of this, we lost all our ticket system information in this process, so in case you have any pending ticket, please create it again and we will assist you as usual.
PolarFIS Mk5/Mk6/8P (PF04 units)
About the new product launched PolarFIS PF04, we have detected some stability issues, and at this moment we are moving over this problem. We expect to launch a new firmware upgrade for all our PF04 users, that will solve them completely. These issues are related with the big hardware changes that has been made, so we continue improving more and more the firmware that run over it.

Sadly, is not possible to make PF03 works with MQB models due needs different hardware (modifications), and actual units PF03/PF04 are not prepared for this.
