PRICES OF THE PRODUCTS
The prices indicated on the Site are in Euros (€) and not include taxes neither delivery fees. Applicable delivery costs are indicated during the product selection process and are added to the price of the products at the end of the order process. Prices are subject to change at any time, but any such modification will have no impact on finalized orders; the prices indicated on the site are applied when you place an order.
AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS

AutoPolar offers 3 methods of payment depending on the product purchased: Credit card, bank transfer and PayPal.
If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will not be considered and will not be processed until payment has been authorized by your bank.
For security reasons, we check all orders paid by credit card, which may cause a slight delay in delivery time when you have chosen this method of payment.

If you choose this mode of payment upon ordering, you will receive a confirmation number (that begins with CCL). Then you can simply send us a bank transfer by specifying the reference. Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The user has fourteen (14) calendar days to return a product with which you are dissatisfied. In this period, you can return the product (the return delivery costs borne by you, as well as charges for bank charges, if any).
We advise you to protect your (s) item (s) as it will be liable for any damages suffered (n) during transport. Therefore, we suggest you return the goods by registered post or insurance carrier and product value. This insurance will be very useful in case of damage or loss of the goods by the carrier. In any case, any expenses of the return are the responsibility of the consumer.
When the user returns a product, in exercise of his right to withdraw, in their original packaging, in new and complete (with accessories, manuals, cables, etc …) will be accepted. Items that have been sent incomplete, broken, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
To benefit from the right of withdrawal must contact with us and we will send you a document that you have to attach it with your submission.
If the product is returned within fourteen (14) calendar days (the postmark will attest) from the delivery to your door, QDS will be refunded by the same method used by you for payment. If technical analysis of the product under the right of withdrawal, will do our best to reimburse the User in the shortest time. This term will depend on the technical tests performed by the ASS (After Sales Service) of his material, a maximum of 30 days.

We advise you to protect your(s) item(s), as in case of returns in the exercise of his right of withdrawal, or failures or defects not covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, you will be responsible for any damages to suffer (n) during transport.
During the period covered by the extended warranty, the customer must return the unit to the ASS (After-Sales Service). Only accept products that are in perfect condition, with all accessories, instruction manuals and original packaging. If they miss any of your product will be returned to your home with a note indicating the missing.
Please note that shipping fees are the client’s responsibility, except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (the client is responsible for any damage during the shipping of the returned goods).
For the period covered under warranty, the client must return the product to the Dept. After-Sales Service.
